Gustav Buder

Chief Executive Officer

Gustav previously co-founded and led the fintech company Paytrim, among other things as CEO, and most recently comes from the role of Regional Partner at Bybit, one of the world's leading crypto platforms. He is also a board member and investor in LinkedClient and has previously served on the board of Young Entrepreneurs of Sweden (YEoS). Gustav's background is at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. He took on the role of CEO of Goobit on August 15, 2026.

Christian Ander

Board member

Born in 1979, Christian is the founder of Goobit and BTCX and has long been an early pioneer in the industry. Christian has been a member of the Board since 2020 and Chairman of the Board since 2021. Christian has built up BTCX and has invested in several other blockchain-related companies. The director is not independent in relation to the company, its management or major shareholders.

Carl-Viggo Östlund

Carl-Viggo Östlund has more than 35 years of leadership experience in both local and international operations, including Tetra Pak, TNT Express, SalusAnsvar, Nordnet and SBAB. He also currently holds board positions at Fondo Solutions, Gladsheim Fastigheter, Hemdel, Juvinum Food & Beverage, Nedvi Fastigheter, Picsmart, Ponture and Tryg A/S. Carl-Viggo strengthens the Board through his experience of leading companies with a growth agenda and companies under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). Carl-Viggo has been a member of the Board of Goobit since 2021. The director is independent in relation to the company, its management and major shareholders.

Michael Völter

Chairman of the board

Michael Völter is a German citizen with 30 years of experience in the financial sector, specialising in investment management, insurance and exchange operations, through work at companies such as Arthur Andersen, SV SparkassenVersicherung and, most recently, as Group CEO of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange, the sixth-largest stock exchange in Europe. Michael holds a doctorate in law and has broad international board experience. Michael Völter has been a member of the Board of Goobit since 2022. The director is independent in relation to the company, its management and major shareholders.
